3. Developer License

Limited use

Subject to compliance with these Terms, we grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

Integrate RoseShield technology into your applications and games
Use our APIs and SDKs for their intended purpose
Access documentation and support resources

This license does not allow sublicensing, reverse engineering, or creating derivative works of our core technology.

Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the services, including RoseShield technology, trademarks, patents, and copyrights, remain the exclusive property of Carlo Peaas Inc and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership rights to you. RoseShield is a trademark of Carlo Peaas Inc.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant uninterrupted, error free, or completely secure operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carlo Peaas Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflicts of law provisions. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
